From Martha: We are continuing to move through the steps of implementing the LIFE program at MNMOP. We are currently working on a contract and the required elements for the State. I would like to schedule 2 events with you.

#1. I would like to schedule a mock survey next week with our Compliance Director Susie Wilson if possible. Probably need 2-3 hrs. of your time. November 6, at 12:30 pm-3:30pm Once this is completed and the State has all the required documents, they will send a surveyor to ensure we are in compliance with the alternative care setting regulations.

#2. We are required to provide education to all MNMOP colleagues regarding the PACE model of care. My suggestion would be to have you attend the full day orientation we are running on 11/30 from 8 – 3 at our Broad Street office and then we would have one of our staff come to your center and provide a shorter version using packets. This is how we currently orient our nursing instructors and then their students.
