SGCC Consumer Education Award Nomination Form Nomination Instructions 1. We will have three awards one for a Utility, Technology Vendor, and Non-Profit Organization. 2. Selection of nominees: a. Member organizations are listed on the last page of this form as a reference b. If non-Member company is selected, please make sure to indicate the company name and for which of the two awards. 3. Complete the nomination form (below): a. Address how this organization demonstrates ONE or more of the five CLEAR behaviors in a unique and differentiated way, and use the appropriate section(s) of the form to complete. In addition, please provide any additional information you believe is pertinent to the nomination (last section of this form) b. Be clear, crisp, concise, yet complete. c.
