DANCE GUEST APPROVAL FORM A student requesting to bring a guest to an RBHS dance who is not an RBHS student must have this form completed and returned three days prior to the dance. The signature of the principal of the guest’s school is required. Guests to the dance must present a picture ID to be admitted. Students may invite one guest to a dance. That student must be a high school student, or if out of high school, no older than 20 years of age. As an RBHS student, I understand that all RBHS rules and policies apply at any school function, on or off- site. I also understand that if my guest and I leave the dance, we will not be allowed to return. I understand that neither my guest nor I may be under the influence or use of alcohol or other drugs, nor use tobacco products, while at a school function.
