Please describe how your agency’s capacity for a culturally relevant CSA primary prevention initiative in your community. This could include parent engagement activities, community trainings on child sexual abuse, internal staff capacity/knowledge, relationship building with community partners, identification of community-specific root causes of CSA, etc.

2. Please share how your agency currently supports bicultural/bilingual advocates. How is your agency planning on continuing services for Spanish-Speaking, Latin@, or indigenous communities while undertaking this intensive project? This could include plans to balance advocates case load and project time, shifting hours and resources, administrative support to project lead, and/or any reduction of barriers for Spanish-Speaking, Latin@, or indigenous communities in accessing services.

3. Describe any relevant experience and training of the staff person(s) who would implement this project.

4. Please describe your existing and/or potential community partnerships and how they will support your plan to recruit training participants and build community buy-in.

5. Explain your capacity to respond to child sexual abuse disclosures and referrals.

 Staff time for community assessment, stakeholder engagement, strategy development, material adaptation, or program implementation.  Mileage for lead staff person at the state per diem rate.  Stakeholder engagement and program implementation costs may include: o Design and printing for adapted materials. o Supplies or printing costs for community advertisement. o Food during sessions (not to exceed state per diem rates). o Supplies such as flip charts, markers, name tags, or crafts. o Venue rental.  Caregiver incentives may include: o Gift cards for participation (may not exceed $15 per participant). o Certificates of completion, stickers, or other comparable rewards. o Participant transportation assistance, such as bus vouchers and gas cards o Childcare.

*Additional items may be purchased if advanced approval is given.
