This could include parent engagement activities, community trainings on child sexual abuse, internal staff capacity/knowledge, relationship building with community partners, identification of community-specific root causes of CSA, etc.</p><p>2. Please share how your agency currently supports bicultural/bilingual advocates. How is your agency planning on continuing services for Spanish-Speaking, Latin@, or indigenous communities while undertaking this intensive project? This could include plans to balance advocates case load and project time, shifting hours and resources, administrative support to project lead, and/or any reduction of barriers for Spanish-Speaking, Latin@, or indigenous communities in accessing services.</p><p>3.
