FINDER’S FEE PROGRAM

WHAT: Active PRISM employees will be rewarded $75 for helping recruit quality new hires for any position within the company. This program excludes all recruiters, management and employees authorized to make hiring decisions.

WHOM: All PRISM employees are eligible.

HOW: To be eligible, employees must complete the Referral Form or Employment Opportunity Card and give it to the potential new hire to submit with their employment application to the hiring representative or submit to the Payroll department.

Specific criteria must be met for the Finder’s Fee to be paid. These specifics are listed below.

SPECIFICS:  All candidates must be interviewed. They will receive equal consideration and be processed the same as any other applicant.  All candidates will be considered without regard to race, religion, sex, age, marital status, or disability. PRISM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Referring employees must NOT make a commitment or oral promise of employment to the person they refer. The hiring representative will make all hiring decisions.  All candidates must meet the stated requirements for the eligible job opening and will be required to demonstrate their skills and aptitude to perform the particular job.  Finders will qualify for the $75 Finder’s Fee only if their candidate meets all of the below criteria:  Their candidate is actually hired.  The referred new hire candidate must be an active employee for a minimum of 60 calendar days and have worked 25 hours before the Finder’s Fee will be paid to the referring employee and have worked 20 hours. Payment will be made via the normal payroll process after all criteria are met. The Finder’s Fee will be issued to the referring employee as a “bonus” check and accompanied by a letter referencing the new hire and program.  Both the finding employee and the new hire must be actively employed by PRISM at the end of the calendar 60 days for the Finder’s Fee to be paid.

SUMMARY: This program has been implemented to help PRISM fill job openings and to reward those who assist in this cause. Candidates who have previously applied for a position with the company and/or have previously been employed with the company are disqualified from being considered a referral. We will review this program periodically and make any necessary adjustments up to and including cancellation at any time.
