. Discussed action item from RMS concerning file format currently used by TDSPs to communicate their AMS installations:

o Oncor - Due to current installation volumes, Oncor is posting a weekly “Tilde Separated Variable” file to Oncor’s FTP site for CRs to download. . Tilde is the character “~” that separates the fields instead of using the Comma Separated Variable (CSV) file format o CenterPoint Energy - Provides a monthly update that is provided in an “Excel” spreadsheet format and filed to PUCT register. Currently even with small volumes the spreadsheet is greater than 200 pages, therefore in the future some other format will be needed with the anticipated increased volumes.

. Next Steps o Determine next meeting date(s) and agenda– main focus will be 814_20 transition plan o Target for testing - October 19 – November 6, 2009 . As the project progresses and the ERCOT testing schedule is refined, activities will be scheduled with the TDSPs
