He goes to his private office afterwards for seeing private patients and to the private hospital to operate private patients. He works privately on Saturdays as well. The applicant will be able to see a lot of rhinoplasty procedures and some facial reconstruction procedures at the university clinic. The aesthetic rhinoplasty and rejuvenation procedures are usually done in the private setting where invasive procedures such as blepharoplasty, facelift are not in high numbers. In the Leiden university hospital rhinoplasty and small numbers of facial paralysis reconstruction take place.
