1. All goats must be registered by Myotonic Goat Registry. The original registration certificate must accompany the goat during check in. The original registration must have permanent identification recorded by the MGR. All goats must be permanently identified by a USDA approved scrapie tag, tattoo or microchip. Goats w/out permanent identification will not be allowed in the barn. 2. Pending registrations at the time of entry will not be accepted. 3. Age eligibility for classes will be determined by birth date on registration certificate. 4. Substitutions will be allowed at check-in within the same class but not appear in the show book.

5. No percentage goats will be shown except during the non-sanctioned class. 6. Show A will start at 9:00 am & Show B will start at 1:30 pm on Saturday. Check-in will be on Friday June 24, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Late check-in will be from 8:00 to 8:30 am on Saturday, June 25, 2011. 7. Goats will be released immediately after show on June 25, 2011, but will be allowed to stay until Sunday the 26, if needed. 8. All goats must wear a collar or restraint when not in pens. Goat owners are responsible for securing their goats at all times. 9. Show secretary reserves the right to split larger classes. 10. Scrapie rules apply. All goats must have a health certificate with the destination listed as Benton County Fairgrounds. Health certificates may not be dated more than 2 weeks before the show. If you use microchips you must have a reader. All tattoos must be legible. Scrapie tags are acceptable. You must have an extra copy of the health certificate available for the show committee. No copies will be made on site. 11. MGR rules to govern and take precedence over all others. 12. Entries to be received no later than June 17, 2011 to appear in the show book. Late entries will not be accepted. 13. All goats brought into facility must be entered in show. 14. Entry fee is $8.00 per goat, per show. Pen fees are $8.00 per pen for the duration of the weekend. You must provide your own bedding. Hay may not be used as bedding. Bedding may be preordered and picked up at the show. 15. No refunds will be issued. 16. No alcohol of any kind is allowed on the premise. No smoking in the barns. 17. The organizers of this show will not be responsible for any loss, damages or accidents to animals property or persons while participating in the show. Youth exhibitors must be accompanied by responsible adult. 3 Non-Sanctioned Class (Show A Only) (No entry fee) Does & Wethers only Class 33. Dress your goat relay race. Bring your summer best and dress your goat. Hawaiian shirts and shorts preferred. Goats will be held at one end of the ring. The person who plans to dress the goat must run to the location of the goat and dress the goat. The person who dresses the goat must return to the starting location while keeping all clothing on their goats! Clothing may not be held in place while walking. Only one person may dress the goat and one person must hold the goat. You may stop and redress your goat if you loose your clothes.

Non-Sanctioned Class (Show B Only) (Entry fee of $8.00 applies) MGR registered percentage does may compete.
