Deputy Lee is a 16 year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, currently assigned to the Community/Law Enforcement Partnership Programs Unit. In his current assignment, Deputy Lee is responsible for building and maintaining community partnerships with the communities served by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, as well as addressing crime prevention and community relations issues throughout the Department.
Over the past several years, Deputy Lee has been working with the Regional Community Policing Institute on implementing and the facilation of a “Terrorism Awareness Course” for Law Enforcement Personnel. Wilson’s extensive training in areas of Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and Incident Command has had him speaking on topics of International and Domestic Terrorism to law enforcement, community groups and organizations throughout Southern California. Wilson has been assigned to manage and oversee the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Departments Volunteer CERT Program (Community Emergency Response Teams) which provides the FEMA certified (21 hours) course of CERT Training to members of the Departments Volunteer Corps and to community members wishing to become more involved in disaster preparedness and becoming registered Disaster Service Workers.
Deputy Lee is a Marine Corps veteran and member of several civic and law enforcement related organizations.

Matthew Budds has been a Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department for the past nine years. His current assignment is with the Community / Law Enforcement Partnership Programs Unit. This Unit, a division of the Department’s Office of Homeland Security, is responsible for coordinating all of the crime prevention and community relations’ programs in operation within the Department. Over the past three years, Matthew has dedicated his career to educating all facets of citizenry within his purview as to the importance of crime reduction and prevention. Matthew has spoken before thousands of community members on a variety of crime prevention topics and recently covering areas of Terrorism Awareness and Disaster Preparedness. Matthew educates the public about law enforcement’s role in this arena by dispelling rumors, reducing fear, and increasing safety and awareness. Dr. Brad Sullivan is a practicing chiropractor in Sherman Oaks California. His involvement in Public Safety began in 1994 as a Commissioner of Public Safety for the City of West Hollywood (1994-2001). Dr. Sullivan's key interest as a Public Safety Commissioner was Disaster Preparedness. By 1995, Dr. Sullivan established the West Hollywood Disaster Volunteer Corp (later becoming the West Hollywood CERT Program). Dr. Sullivan chaired this group from 1995 to 1998 and again in 2000 to 2001. As chair, Dr. Sullivan provided instruction in all phases of first aid, CPR,shelter management, disaster preparation and community response.
Dr. Sullivan has completed Red Cross Shelter Management 1&2, OES SEMS training, OES Emergency Services Volunteer Management and in 1997 was one of only three civilians to graduate from the Federal Emergency Management Agency, CERT Train the Trainer Academy at their Fredricksburg Maryland Academy. Dr. Sullivan has been teaching CERT to hundreds of volunteers annually.
He has received the 1995 City of West Hollywood Leadership Award, 1996 West Hollywood Outstanding Contribution to Public Safety Award, 1997 West Hollywood Disaster Volunteer of the Year Award ( awarded a second time in 2000) as well as commendations from the County Board of Supervisors on multiple occasions for his public safety work.

Participated as an Explorer with the Los Angeles County Fire Department from 1973 through 1976. Became an Emergency Medical Technician in 1976 and worked as an ambulance attendant and emergency room technician through 1983. Served as a Reserve Deputy Investigator for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner – Coroner from 1980 though 1989. During this time received extensive training from the department in disaster response. Became a Volunteer with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in 1994 and took part in CERT Level 1 Training through the Department as well as becoming an CERT Instructor for the Department. In addition, have become an American Red Cross Instructor for First Aid and CPR, including participation in The Red Cross Introduction to Disaster Services Program.

Active in the Girl Scouts of America from 1993 through 1998 as a First Aid Trainer. Responsibilities included maintaining Troop First Aid Training Programs as well as providing services as a First Aid Responder on numerous Girl Scout outings and activities. Joined the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department in 1998 as a Volunteer on Patrol and later participated in the CERT Level 1 Training as offered by the Department. Shortly thereafter became a CERT Instructor for the Department and have participated in several classes over the last year. Currently certified as an American Red Cross Instructor if both First Aid and CPR in addition to completion of the Introduction to Disaster Services Program.

Since 1992 Mr. Rainey has been involved with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Volunteer Program and current instrumental in CERT (Community Emergency Response Teams) Training. Dudley has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the program with his experience as former law enforcement officer in Danville Kentucky and as a Paramedic in Pennsylvania. Dudley has been an active CERT instructor for several years and has completed CERT levels I, II and III along with the CERT “Train the Trainer” course and he is a certified Red Cross First Aid and CPR instructor.
Dudley possesses a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from Center College of Kentucky and a Masters Degree in Behavioral Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
Dudley owns and operates his own Automotive Wholesale business in Southern California and resides in Tujunga CA. <
