Synopsis: We all know our purpose is to reduce recidivism. We also know that we reach that end by delivering quality behaviorally based interventions to higher risk offenders while responsively targeting relevant criminogenic needs. Specifically, we will discuss staff training initiatives, training retention/supported learning, skill building, peer coaching and mentoring utilizing indigenous staff leadership, and mechanisms for staff monitoring and feedback.
