WORK EXPERIENCE IN U.A.E:

Currently working with M/s. Trans Gulf Electro-Mechanical LLC, an ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety Management System) certified company and the member of Al Naboodah Groups.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AS SITE ENGINEER

 Receiving design documents and reviewing the same.  Reviewing design drawings and prepare detailed shop drawing accordingly.  Preparing technical submittal for shop drawing and materials according to the project specification.  Follow the approval of the material submittal and shop drawing with the consultant.  Co-ordinate the ELV Works along with the other electro-mechanical works.  Taking off quantities for all equipment’s and materials from approved shop drawings.  Ordering of materials and equipment’s as per approved materials submittals and follow- up for delivery to site.  Raising Material Inspection request (MIR) for material delivered at site and getting Consultant approval for same.  Allocating the man power according to the site activities and work priorities.  Preparing weekly / monthly reports and submitting to consultant / client for their review and records  Directly reporting to the project Manager/ Operation Manager.  Raising Request for Information (RFI) to consultant if any clarification required  Taking approval for all the work done at site by raising Work Inspection Request (WIR).  Preparing cost analysis for any additional works and getting approval from the client.  Approval of the works done through consultant inspections. Raising RFI, inspection for work done, inspection for material etc.  Preparing as built drawing as per the final work done at site.  Preparing as built drawing, O & M manuals.  Following and attending consultant snags and closing the same, obtaining completion certificate. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Electronics & Communication Engineer I have overall responsibility for all Low currents systems and consulting, technical support, leading and project management, to work in an organization of repute and business and endeavor to help meet its ever growing targets. My duties include but would not be limited to the following.

 It involves the Coordination, Designing & Integration of all MEP equipment’s & devices in a given project environment for Energy Efficiency, monitoring and Facility Management

 Coordinating with HVAC, IT experts and vendors from diverse fields to design develop high end using protocols for BMS & Chiller Plant Management.

 Coordinating with third parties systems for the integration of BMS  Co-ordination with the Planning & Engineering Team for the basic design of the project.  Co-ordination for Drawing Approvals from the Consultants.  CCTV, Access control and structured cabling, Music/PA system& Fire Detection System (Fire Alarm System) forms the heart of the Control Room & access control system.  Generate daily report & Monthly report.  Reporting to the Project Manager.  Attending weekly meetings with client and consultants and prepare Merits of Meetings.  Coordinating with Sales Team, Planning Team and Materials Team in executing the projects as per schedule.  Assigning works to Business Associates for carrying out installation of all Low current systems with proper cabling prior.  Preparation of Construction Program, reviewing the project progress daily/ weekly, attending the project meetings to meet customer requirements & achieving for on time completion.  Coordinating with various trades to expedite works and to avoid repetitive works.  Managing a team of Site supervisors and giving guidance in technical aspects to achieve target on time without compromising the quality while executing the projects.  Corresponding with the Customers & Consultants at various stages from project execution to handing over.  Preparation of handing over document with the following details  Material inward check list  Equipment Installation check list  Quality check list – each stage of the completion of the work  Commissioning report signed by the consultant and facility team  Snags list signed by the consultant and facility team  Equipment & valve list  Photographs of the installed equipment  Completion certificate signed by consultant and facility team  Contact person list for service requirement  Handling project as per Specification and Local standards

WORK EXPERIENCE IN INDIA:

Previously worked with M/s. Johnson Control Pvt Ltd, an ISO9001:2000 certified executing most of the High Rise Buildings, Residential and Industrial projects in India. Position Held: Site Engineer & Commissioning Engineer (Metasys) (From Jan 2012 – Nov 2014).
