Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. Bowling starts promptly at 4:30pm. Late arrivals may NOT be able to bowl per bowling alley rules, Thanks!. Cost is $5.00 per game this year. The extra 25 cents will be covered by the Allina Neighborhood Health Partners Grant for healthy activities. ______Tuesday Activities September 5: Cooking Class at the Middle School, 400 S Payne Street, Main Entrance near the playground—Door 1. ARS League Bowling will Start on September 11 —registration sheets were included with the August newsletter. Please fill those out and turn them in as soon as possible or just call or email and let me know the bowler’s name, if ramp or bumpers are needed and if there is a preference for team members. New Bowling Shirts will be ordered this year—watch for info on that. Twins Tickets are here. We have 40 tickets for the October 1, 2:10 pm game against the Detroit Tigers on the homerun porch, section 231, rows 3 through the top row for wheelchair access. We will have a lottery style drawing to choose who goes if we have over 40 interested people. Please call, email or text me if you have an interest in going. Be sure to include names and how many staff persons will attend as well. The bus ride will cost $10.00 per person. The game tickets are FREE! Cost of souvenirs and food will be on your own. Deadline for drawing registration will be September 18th. Upcoming Cooking Class Dates: Cooking class will be moving to the First Tuesday of the month during the school year. September 5, October 3, November 7, December 5. All classes are free courtesy of the Allina Neighborhood Health Connection Grant that ARS was awarded. **due to the popularity, class sizes will be limited because of the room size**Please don’t just show up…..RSVP is mandatory.
