Theatrical Choreography Club  Why was salary tabled  Paul – unofficial cap of 4500 for coach salaries, but have much fewer practices for this sport and also the coach is coach for other club sports as well, so might not be equitable and fair for everyone o This is very diff from the other clubs he is coaching and he has also offered this sem to come in 3 times a week for 8 hrs total o Also does research outside of club meeting times for the students o Also do things w other student organizations, so also work on their schedules if they need something (not scheduled, ex rhythm and shoes)  Want the light sabers to be able to get their name out there and get more members  Aditi – did they asked coach about a reduced fee? o Wouldn’t want to decrease amount but would be willing to increase the number of hrs to make the salary per hr ratio better o Paul – not as justified for this to be for a small number of students (look also at Frisbee and crew) o Want to do the light saber workshop to attract a larger group of people to the club . Also want a series where the core of students could teach new members and attract more people  Ramy – deem work that he does worth 4.5k? Time commitments are completely diff  George – should renegotiate w him  This is a competitive rate for this type of instructor  Motion to zero – 7,1,0 9. Amherst Student  Want to pay off vendor for entire semester at once, so if they give an invoice for the entire sem, can they pay it off  Manny – weird that this would be an AAS sponsored club  Paul – thought we could fund for ½ the sem or so and then have them back on their feet later
