Reviewed treasures report, Chris Bordeaux made a motion to accept and Jean seconded

Old Business Discussed the Technician meeting taking place in conjunction with the WTDC Discussed hotel accommodations in Waukesha for the WTDC. Will add 20 – 40 more rooms.

We will be paying Waukesha to have the WTDC & Tech Competition there though it is a mutual promotion

The Tech Competition will give awards for each 11 stations (11 is the most stations) with a first, second and third for each place.

Patch and for Presidents Safe Driver Club. Waiting on vendors, Sue Webb will follow. Sue already has the pins.

New Business Chris Bordeau brought up an issue of \ property damage occurred due to snow coming off the semi trailer, is the resulting property damage a disqualification from the driver participating in the PSDC. Motion made by Dale Rockowski and seconded by Joe Walesewicz, states that snow leaving a drivers semi trailer causing property damage is deemed not to be a disqualifying event from participating in the PSDC.

Discussed WI Road Team. There is a shortage of drivers in south east WI, possible some schools may be missed this year.

Executive Committee of the WSCC met and reviewed meeting times and dates. Also discussed were the seminars. The new Chairman of the Safety Director Development Committee for seminars is Bill Standard of Great West Casualty.

Scott discussed new getting people to join the WCSS and to get more people to attend the meetings.

The WTDC banquet meal rate was discussed, going from $35 to $40 per plate

Cliff to write the importance of getting ahead of the ELDs for commercial vehicles requiring their use 10,000lbs and up.

New levels of sponsorships for WTDC $10,000 $5,000

TMC Tech meeting is in Neenah on Feb 1st. Bill raised the idea of informing the other technical colleges of the tech competition to make sure they would have room for this event when we get to their schools.

Honorary membership for Craig Smith was voted yes, motion made by Bill Standard and seconded by Cliff Johnson

Jean Jenson made a motion to adjourn and seconded by Chuck Karnitz
