Obtaining An Enquiry

1.0 Introduction:

Enquiries may be generated by referral, recommendation or direct approach from Principal, Commercial and Private Customers.

2.0 Objectives:

To ensure that all enquiries are identified and dealt with in accordance with the Company’s procedures such that they may then be evaluated for applicability.

3.0 Procedure:

 Use various methods in order to identify a possible requirement for the Company’s services.  These shall include:

Private Sector

Ο Yellow Pages Ο Referral Ο Social Services Ο Local Parish magazines Ο Advertisements in local papers

Local Authorities

Ο Block contracts Ο Recommendation as an approved supplier of Care provision

 The Company shall deal effectively with all enquiries however generated  All relevant personnel shall respond to all enquiries expeditiously  All enquiries received by any Carer or Supervisor shall be passed on to their Branch Manager or Line Manager for actioning  All Branch Managers shall inform the relevant Director for further actioning.

4.0 Persons Responsible:

Group Director Branch Manager Any employee of Briarcare Ltd

 The Group Director is responsible for authorising this procedure  The Branch Manager is responsible for implementing this procedure where the enquiry is received within any Branch
