Introduction

Holiday letting flat on the ground floor of a Georgian terraced cottage.

Pre-Arrival

• Details of the property can be obtained via the website • The flat is in the centre of Bath and has an assigned dedicated parking space for 1 car out front the property. • Bath Spa Railway Station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. The Park and Ride bus stop is about 5 minutes walk away. • Taxis are available at most times from the station or by pre-booking.

• We have no provision for collection. • Shopmobility is open to anyone with limited mobility, whether temporary or permanent and regardless of age or disability. The service can be used in and around the city centre whether for shopping, entertainment or business purposes. They are located at the One Stop Shop, 3-4 Manvers St, Bath, BA1 1JQ and their telephone number is 01225 481744

• The closest Radar toilets are at the Podium shopping centre • Basic groceries can be provided prior to arrival on request

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• Private car parking space for 1 car is located next to the entrance to the property. Parking area is uncovered, flat and graveled. • Charlotte Street 24 hour car parking is located a ten minute walk away or Waitrose short term parking is a 5 minute walk away • Access into the property is via 2 steps. • There are no exterior lights except for those at the entrance to the parking area. • There is no handrail • Access to town from the property is along a level walk

Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area • There is only one entrance into the property and that is up 2 steps. This leads into a communal narrow hallway. The hallway and staircase are lit by timed button switches. There is one switch just inside the front door and a second switch next to the door of the flat. • Communal hallway is shared with one other flat only, located on the first and second floors • The flat is entered on the ground floor accessed on the right at the end of the short communal hallway.

• See above • The communal entrance hallway has flooring and a narrow console table.

• The lounge is located to the right of the front door of the flat as you enter, the lounge door is opposite the door to the kitchen. • Double leather sofa bed, 1 leather tub chair, occasional tables, dining table and 4 chairs, bookcase. • Light switch at door with dimmer facility to adjust brightness of lighting on the room. Plenty of additional lamps. • 1 large sash window with fully lined curtains. • Gas fire.

• None but restaurants located at the end of the lane and throughout the city center.

• There is a combination washer/dryer in the kitchen of the property

• Bathroom is located off the hall, opposite the front door • Full shower unit with inbuilt overhead shower, moveable shower head and glass screen, toilet, basin and plenty of storage. • Fully natural stone tiled walls and floors • The bathroom is not set up with hand rails or alarm systems to accommodate disabilities
