CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Spin: Come ride through the rhythm of powerful music designed to provide you with fat burning and strength building exercise. Spinning is a workout designed to provide all level students with a fun and challenging workout!

Zumba: Want to workout and party at the same time? A total workout combining all elements of fitness cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! Come lose yourself through music and find yourself in shape!

Insanity: Push past your limits with plyometric drills in a cardio workout based on interval training! Insanity combines intervals of cardio, strength, power, and resistance for maximum results with no equipment or weights!

Yoga Body Sculpt: This strength flow class focuses on sculpting your glutes and thighs while flattering every part of your body.

Bootcamp: A group fitness class that includes aerobic and strength training routines! Take the challenge to increase your stamina, strength, and balance of your entire body!

Rollology: A group fitness class using foam rollers! It works by stretching and strengthening the core muscles, arms, legs, and increasing flexibility, mobility and balance for optimal posture! Which Class will you join?
