Testing Procedure

Instructional programs in the graphics communications courses of study area (usually called Graphic Imaging Technology in Virginia) must receive PrintEd accreditation to participate in the certification program. Students enrolled in accredited programs will be eligible to take the PrintED certificate exams. Based on PrintED standards and competencies, the assessments will be administered on specific dates in a proctored environment. Students who pass the examinations will receive official certificates of completion.
