Application Form for Small Grants
Before completing this application, please read the South Australian Community Grants Guidelines document which outlines the purpose of the South Australian Community Grants and describes what can be funded and the eligibility criteria.
The National Science Week (SA) Coordinating Committee receives many more grant applications than can be funded. It is rare for the Committee to fund all applications. Even if your application is successful, the Committee may offer your organisation a lesser amount to deliver a reduced program if the demand for funds is high.

How will the money be used? Give a break-down of costs, and list order of priority. Please identify any external supplier providing science activities for your event. Many projects require funding for venue hire. You are encouraged to seek free or sponsored venues via schools, local Councils or Community Centres that can be recognised for their in-kind support of your event.
