CALL FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTERS

During October 31 - November 4, 2016, hundreds of Community Action and Head Start employees, professionals, and community partners will attend the 2016 Mid-Fall Training Conference expecting to hear the latest information in their field of service and to improve their skills.

We are seeking experienced, inspiring speakers to present workshops, panels and other programs that match the high expectations of our conference attendees. They expect a meaty, well-organized presentation and substantial answers to their questions. They want to discover new sources for funding, new approaches to their craft, new program ideas, and affirmation for their work. They like clarity, handouts, deep subject area knowledge – and a dash of humor.

If this sound like you . . . and you would be interested in presenting at our Mid Fall Conference . . . please complete the attached “CALL FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTERS" form today. We are in need of Keynote Speakers, and Presenters/Trainers. Workshops will be held concurrently on October 31-November 4, 2016. We are proposing Training Tracks in the following areas to include but not be limited to Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), LIHEAP, Weatherization, ROMA NG, Head Start, Leadership and Organizational Development, Program Governance, Fiscal Management, Community Engagement, Roundtables, Forums, Keynote Presentations, Program Services, Administration and Management, Asset Building, Case Management, Personal and Professional Development, Financial management, Children, Youth, Families, Community Services, and much, much more.
