Gersum £6 2s 5d Thomas Bankes and William Bankes hold by 6 Eliz Respited the lord’s indenture dated 14 April 6 Eliz for the Lease for Dismissed term of 21 years one messuage with the appur- 21 years tenances and land to the same belonging, and with two parts of one fulling mill now in the tenure of 30s 6½d the said William and Thomas. And it yields per and two annum at the feast aforesaid, for the tenement parts of a 28s 4½d, and for the mill aforesaid 2s 2d and two penny parts of a penny. ex’
