Why is it different from community primary care? What trends and developments have been seen in the past 12-24 months? How does a clinic serve as a tactic in a broader healthcare strategy? Is this a benefit that makes sense for you? How do we evaluate the business case opportunity? What are the relevant compliance issues? What are the unique needs and challenges of the higher education environment that influence the business case for an onsite clinic? What have other higher education institutions done? How can we leverage our existing campus resources?
Learning Objectives At the end of this session, attendees will: Understand what the employer sponsored onsite clinic model is. Know why other employers have implemented them. Have a conceptual framework for what a clinic might look like for them. Have a sense for what outcomes might be possible for them.
