TOWNHOMES AT CRYSTAL BEACH PROPERTY RULES

1. Each of these units are in individually owned – We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying at someone’s home during your vacation; please treat it with the cars you would your own.

2. Do not feed the seagulls from the balconies or decks. Please move down to the beach.

3. Please observe an “all quite” rule from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

4. Please keep you volume down on your sound systems and televisions. Respect your neighbors.

5. Please do not sit on the furniture with suntan lotion on.

6. Do not park in front of any townhome other than the one in which you are staying. Additional parking is available in the common grounds area.

7. Please respect other unit property rights: decks, patios, patio furniture and equipment, showers and balconies are private for each townhome. Confine your activities to the area behind the townhome you occupy. Please do not move outdoor furniture, grills, beach equipment, ect. from any townhome to another location.

8. Grills may be used only on concrete areas. Please do not use charcoal in the gas grills.

9. Prior to Checkout, Place all trash in the roadside dumpster.

10. NO PETS of any kind are allowed in the townhome.

11. The maximum number of persons to occupy a unit is 10 (Some units can accommodate 12).

Have a Wonderful vacation

The Townhomes at Crystal Beach is a Private Beach Front Property. The Beach is privately owned. As an owner/renter you are entitled to private use of the beach to the mean high tide line. The mean high tide survey (10/19/2000) shows the line to be 80 ft from the end of the dune walkover. You can ask trespassers to leave of it the need arises to remove trespassers – call the sheriff’s office at 651-7400 and show the survey.
