Lynnfield Little League Lynnfield Middle School-Teacher’s Room March 11, 2015 Meeting Minutes

Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm  Purpose Planning/continue to organize for 2015 season

 Attendance: Present Bob Tashjian, Tom Pascuccio, Brian Caulfield, Drew Lucich,Nick Marano, Jim Delaney, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Tony Martinho, Billy Giannasca, Glen Grabau, Walter Radulski, Jeff Mullin conference called into meeting

I Minutes of the February 11, 2015 meeting were approved unanimously

II Mike DeSilvio was appointed Pony League director with a majority. Al Fiore, Joe Marotta, Bob Clattenburg and Mike Juliano were appointed big diamond managers.

III Registration update with the projected number of teams/players was reviewed.

IV. Minor league tryout was recapped- thank you to those who helped out.

V. No action was taken on the need for two additional managers for minor leagues. Search will take place after major league draft.

VI. Discussion took place about managers for farm/Pony and tee ball but no action was taken

VII. Field maintenance- a. replace all lightbulbs at Newhall b. Research and purchase of release safety bases for all fields c. PTS service in spring and fall for all fields- All were approved unanimously

VIII Spring 2015 manager meeting was discussed, No action needed

IX. Huckleberry school will be used for indoor practices for major and minor leagues- only those with medical release forms on record can participate- only coaches with CORI’s on record can participate

X. Opening day is scheduled for April 26 weather permitting- the season schedule was discussed XI. Committee updated were provided on Clinics, Finances, Fundraising, Field maintenance, uniforms and opening day parade. No action was taken.

XII. Focus Areas of the board were reviewed. No action

XIII. The next meeting is March 25, 2015 at Huckleberry, Teachers’ room
