Feb 28 – University of Victoria Application Deadline for Fall 2016 Saturday, February 27th - University of Lethbridge Engineering Information Event 1st Choice Savings Building room PE261 2-3 p.m. Students are encouraged to join us to learn more about how the program works, what they need to qualify, available scholarships & awards, and what it’s like to be a student in this program. This is an opportunity to meet with instructors and current engineering students from the program and to ask any questions they might have. Mar 1 - Job Shadow Meeting Small Lecture Theatre Period 3 (11:00am – 11:30am)

Job Shadow is a great way to see if your chosen career path is right for you. This activity is open to Grade 11 and 12 students. If you can’t make it to the meeting, Come pick up a Job Shadow package in the LCI Career Centre as soon as possible.

Mar 1 - University of Alberta Application Deadline for Fall 2016 Mar 1 – Lethbridge College Awards and Scholarship portal opens Pink Shirt Day – Wednesday

February 24 thThis year we are focusing on engaging bystanders to stand up to bullying by modelling healthy relationships. Our goal is to engage Albertans and let them know that “as a bystander you are powerful; you can stop bullying by standing up, speaking out and showing support.” We will be focusing our efforts on social media by posting on Twitter and Facebook with #PinkShirtDay and #StandUp. We are also encouraging people to take selfies with their pink shirts and tag it with #PinkShirtDaySelfie.

Lci Students’ Council Events: Students’ Council will be hosting a school dance on March 17 th and a drive-in movie on April 14 th. Both are Thursday evening events. (More information to come…….)
