Day One – Wednesday, 29th March 2017

0730hrs Meet at School to load luggage ready for departure

0800hrs Coach departs School

1200hrs Arrive at The London Eye for confirmed Flight

1300hrs Sightseeing along the Southbank

1400hrs Board coach for Hotel

1500hrs Arrival at the Meininger Hotel

1730hrs Evening meal at Planet Hollywood

1900hrs Performance of The Lion King, Lyceum Theatre, Wellington Street, WC2E 7RQ

2200hrs Meet coach for transfer to hotel

Day Two – Thursday, 30th March 2017

0900hrs Continental breakfast at the hotel & packed lunches delivered to hotel

1000hrs After breakfast, check-out of hotel

1030hrs Arrive at Tower of London

1200hrs Free time for lunch

1300hrs Meet coach for transfer back to school

1800hrs Approximate arrival time back at school incorporating a comfort stop

INFORMATION

Any items the children will need during the journey and daytime activities should be packed in their daytime bag/rucksack.

What will the children need?

As we cannot predict the weather it is best to wear layers as we will spend time both inside and out. Please wear comfortable, sensible shoes/trainers and a waterproof coat.

Overnight Bag/Case

Bedtime wear; PJ’s, Toothbrush, wash kit, hairbrush Underwear, socks Clothes for Thursday Towels are provided in the hotel

Daytime Bag/Rucksack

Snack, packed lunch and drinks for Wednesday (throw away bottles etc.), camera, pen and notebook for coach journey – Spending money maximum £10.00.

Medication – any medication (including travel sickness tablets, lozenges, and asthma inhalers) should be listed on the CONSENT FORM and given to Mrs Lea/Mrs Davies on the morning of departure.

WE WILL BE TAKING PARACETAMOL (CALPOL 6+) and IBUPROFEN.

Theatre – Included in the ticket is a ‘Theatre Bundle’ which consists of a brochure, drink and ice cream for the children to enjoy during the show and therefore additional snacks are not required.
