Specifications for Coolers, Freezers, Air Compressors, and Ice Machines preventative maintenance This one year Service Contract will begin on July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, with options to extend this contract for two additional one year periods. The contractor will perform bi annual inspections in the months of November and May as outlined below. Inspection checklist will consist of, at a minimum, those areas addressed within the manufacturers required maintenance schedule. All filters and belts shall be marked with the date of installation. A written report will be provided upon completion of inspection reflecting the accomplished tasks. The contractor will provide all labor necessary to perform inspections and service of equipment. The contractor shall provide technicians that are trained and equipped with all necessary tools to service the equipment. Technicians must be able to pass a SLED background checks annually prior to commencing work. The contractor must guarantee all workmanship for a period of three months after each visit. The contractor must maintain a twenty four hour seven days a week telephone number to be called for emergency repairs. Equipment is to be maintained in top working order to include filter replacement, belt replacement, and lubrication of bearings, inspection of motors, and any other requirement that is specified by the equipment manufacturer. The preventive maintenance inspection will be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding State holidays. 1. Forensic Lab 4416 Broad River Road: NOTE: The walk-in coolers are required to keep a temperature of 2°C to 8°C (35°F to46° F). The walk-in freezers are required to keep a temperature of -10°C to -20°C (14°F to -4°F) 1.1. DNA Copeland walk-in cooler Model WJWL-A201-TAD-001 and walk-in freezer Model DJWM-C100-TAD-001.  Inspect bi annually fan units and condensers  Perform calibration of the one temperature sensors in the freezer and one in the cooler using ice water in May (adjustments must be made in the SLED I Vue temperature monitoring system). 1.2. Toxicology Copeland walk-in cooler Model WJWL-A201-TAD-001 and walk-in freezer Model DJWM-C100-TAD-001.  Inspect bi annually fan units and condensers  Perform calibration of the one temperature sensors in the freezer and one in the cooler using ice water in May (adjustments must be made in the SLED I Vue temperature monitoring system). 1.3. Manitowoc ice machine Model QR0280A Serial 021062112  Clean bi annually the air filter with clean water.  Replace bi annually one #32-250-125-975 CTO/2 cartridge water filter.  Blow out condensate drain line and verify pump operation.

Ingersoll Rand air compressor Model 20E Serial 30T645706 (used for the nitrogen generator)  Replace bi annually three C-96 belts.  Replace bi annually oil and air filter in.  Clean bi annually inlet strainer  Verify operation of compressor power drain. 1.5. Hankison air dryer Model HIT50 Serial NHIT50E1150907072 (used for the nitrogen generator)  Clean bi annually all air filters and moisture separator.  Replace bi annually the separator/filter element. 1.6. Ingersoll Rand air compressor Model 2475 Serial 30T854488 (used for house air)  Replace bi annually one A-78 belts.  Replace oil and air filter in May.  Verify operation of compressor power drain. 1.7. Hankison air dryer Model HPR25-115 Serial H025A1150505074 (used for the house air)  Clean bi annually all air filters and moisture separator.  Replace bi annually the separator/filter element. 1.8. Speedair air compressor Model 3JR83A Serial 931358-37 (used for controls).  Replace bi annually belts.  Replace oil and air filter in May.  Verify operation of compressor power drain. 1.9. Hankison air dryer Model HPR5-10-115 Serial H025A1150505074 (used for controls)  Clean bi annually all air filters and moisture separator.  Replace bi annually the separator/filter element. 1.10. Ingersoll Rand vacuum pump Model V244X2 Serial 30T645248  Replace bi annually one A-68 belts.  Replace oil and air filter in May. 2. Annex 1731 Bush River Road: 2.1. Scotsman ice machine Model CME256A5-1H Serial 06081320018869  Replace bi annually two 20” X 20” X 1” pleated filters.  Blow out condensate drain line and verify pump operation. 3. Scotsman ice machine Model CME506AE-1A Serial 034462-01N  Replace bi annually two 20” X 20” X 1” pleated filters.  Replace bi annually one I2000-2 cartridge water filter.  Blow out condensate drain line and verify pump operation. 4. Scotsman ice machine Model SCE1704-1C Serial 0611320015493  Clean bi annually the air filter with clean water.  Replace bi annually one #32-250-125-975 cartridge water filter.  Blow out condensate drain line and verify pump operation. 6.2. Scotsman ice machine Model CSW45A10 Serial 77331908F  Clean bi annually the air filter with clean water.  Replace bi annually one #32-250-125-975 cartridge water filter.  Blow out condensate drain line and verify pump operation.
