Operating multiple large scale ecommerce sites covering brands such as Lloyds List Intelligence, Agra.net and Datamonitor, we have looking to grow Software Developers that want to work on a range of different products, from websites and microsites that support our online services, which will expand in the future to tablet and mobile products.
We are seeking skilled java developers with programming expertise necessary to deliver on our projects. The role requires a good understanding of object-oriented programming practices; a thorough understanding of JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. An understanding of database principles and SQL would be useful.
Key skills required include: IT degree or equivalent JAVA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, JSTL, SQL, XML skills A desire to develop your web development skills in a global company is essential A thorough understanding of good object-oriented programming principles. Ability to prioritise workload under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team, while often being required to work alone on certain projects. An organised logical and methodical working manner. Attention to detail and accuracy in both written and spoken English. Familiarity with database-driven websites, data modelling and relational databases preferred
