BORDER CHAPTER API BASS TOURNAMENT B-B-Q COOK-OFF

TO BE HELD AT: Beacon Lounge Zapata, Texas June 15, 2013 Official Entry Form The entry fee for the cook-off is $200.00 per category or $400 for both (Baby Back Pork Ribs/Fajita). Each team is required to have three (3) cookers; one team member must be a member of the API. Each team is required to cook either Fajita or Baby Back Pork Ribs. All meats will be judged individually at 1 PM and 2 PM. All meats must be cooked at the event (no pre-cooking or seasoning). We are asking that each team prepare food for approximately 25 people on Saturday. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place & 2nd place Ribs and Fajita categories. Please turn in your entry forms by noon Friday, June 14th so that we can make final arrangements. Beacon Lounge will be open at 3:00 pm on Friday for those teams that want to setup. This event is a fellowship to promote the API. Complete rules are included. Please come out and let’s have fun!
