CICF is seeking an experienced not- for-profit professional to deliver exceptional philanthropic services to donors.
As a member of the development department, this position requires superior organizational practices, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for community enhancement through charitable giving. This person will manage a portfolio of current donors and assist in growing charitable assets, utilizing interpersonal skills and philanthropic expertise to provide exemplary customer service and transactional excellence to donors.
The Foundation is looking for self-starters who are organized, flexible, and creative. Professional presence, relationship building skills, and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of people are essential. CICF has an open corporate culture of teamwork, creativity, and dedication. Every staff member believes it is an honor and a privilege to serve the donors and not-for-profits in this community. Candidates should have values, interests, and a work style that are compatible with this philosophy.
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years prior experience in client relations is required, not-for-profit or public sector preferred. Experience working directly with donors also preferred.
