Technology Center for the Delta Exhibit Hall Rental Contract 1790 N. Falls Blvd. Suite 2 Wynne, AR 72396 (870)238-2601 (Please read thoroughly)

Entire Exhibit Hall rental: $550 Exhibit Room 1: $425 Exhibit Room 2: $425 Deposit: $150 (no alcohol) $200 (serving alcohol) 30 Round Tables measuring 72” round 35 Rectangular Tables measuring 6’ft.

(Deposit is for reserving the date of event, clean-up including restrooms and kitchen, the removal of all trash including parking lot and to ensure no physical damage is done to the building and key returned)

(Rental prices are exactly half for daytime meetings during the week when a meal is not served)

A person must be 21 years of age or older to execute the rental lease agreement. Cancelation notification is due 30 days prior to the event or deposit is forfeited.

1- The Technology Center is a smoke free, NO smoking building and campus including exterior grounds.

2- Exhibit Hall rental time will be from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. on the date of the event. Renter must have the hall cleaned and vacate the premises by 1 a.m. or a charge of $100 an hour will be assessed and deposits forfeited. Persons wishing to enter the exhibit hall the whole day before the event (for decorating, set up, etc.) will pay an additional $100 fee.

3- The Exhibit Hall will not be reserved for your event until the $150/$200 security deposit is paid in full and returned with the contract fully executed.

4- Rent for the Exhibit Hall is to be paid in full 14 days before the actual event or event date cannot be held.

5- Key must be returned the next business/work day following the event or deposit may be surrendered.

6- NO GLUE, TAPE, THUMBTACKS, NAILS or other AGENTS shall be used to attach decorations to Technology Center for the Delta property. 7- NO DUCT TAPE on any area of the Technology Center. Painters tape or masking tape may be used to secure extension cords to the floor ONLY.

8- Groups renting the exhibit hall are not permitted in other areas of the Technology Center for the Delta.

9- Stage and stage steps are not to be modified, moved or removed from the existing location in the exhibit hall.

10-All trash is to be removed from the exhibit hall including restrooms* and placed in the dumpster located at the back door of the exhibit hall by lessee. All trash should be removed from parking lot (confetti, cups, paper bags etc.). *All trash must be removed from restrooms after the event or you will lose $100 of your deposit to cover cleanup of the restroom space.

11-When using the kitchen, groups must abide by rules posted in kitchen. If you are renting half of the exhibit hall you may be required to share the kitchen.

12-The Technology Center for the Delta is not responsible for any equipment or personal items left in the exhibit hall.

13-The Technology Center for the Delta is not responsible and shall not be held liable for any interruptions in service that occur as a result of inclement weather, accidents, sickness, acts of God or other conditions beyond our control.

14-It will be the responsibility of the individual/ organization renting the building to see that all persons have vacated the building and grounds promptly at 1:00 a.m. the time specified on the contract.

15-It will be the responsibility of the lessee to arrange the tables and chairs to their satisfaction. Groups renting the Exhibit Hall should notify and return floor layout to the facility manager 5 days in advance as to how many tables and chairs their event will require or lessee will be responsible for setting their own table and chairs up.

16-Individuals or organizations using the facilities will be responsible for the conduct and condition of all in attendance during the use of the facility both inside and outside or anywhere on the premises.

17-The Technology Center for the Delta Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any event, individual, band, or entertainment, performances or productions that would be deemed unsuitable or of an improper nature for the general public of our community. 18-Deposit, if eligible will be returned to the lessee the next billing cycle following the event.

19-The Technology Center requires ALL events that plan to serve alcohol to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply with these rules and conditions will result in the cancellation of your event and the surrendering of the entire deposit. a. Security, credentialed with the Wynne Police Department or the Cross County Sheriff’s Department, must be present during the entire event and must be easily identifiable as security. b. Lessee is responsible for paying security the day/night of the event for the number of hours served. c. Alcoholic beverages must be served by an adult, no self-service. d. No kegs or hard alcohol will be served. e. No alcoholic beverages may be taken into the lobby, hallways, and restrooms or outside of the exhibit hall including the exterior parking lot and premises. No illegal drugs will be tolerated and if an arrest is made on site, the deposit will be forfeited. f. The Board reserves the right to add or modify these rules and guidelines on an event by event basis at its sole discretion.

By signing this contract the client agrees to all above stated policies and to the contents of this contract. The client understands that this document is legal and binding.
