METER INSPECTION & FINAL READING

Due to the volume in cancellations of property transactions, the Water & Sewer Department asks THREE (3) DAYS NOTICE be given prior to the closing date. It is the policy of the Water & Sewer Department final accounts must be paid in full prior to property transfer.

An inspection fee of $35.00 is included with the final bill.

The Water & Sewer Department requires the following information to process a final reading:

 Closing date  Current owner’s name, address, telephone number, forwarding address and telephone number  Buyer’s name, contact number and previous address. Buyer is required to show proof of ownership and picture for identification purposes.
