It is the policy of the Water & Sewer Department final accounts must be paid in full prior to property transfer. </p><p>An inspection fee of $35.00 is included with the final bill. </p><p>The Water & Sewer Department requires the following information to process a final reading: </p><p> Closing date  Current owner’s name, address, telephone number, forwarding address and telephone number  Buyer’s name, contact number and previous address.
