We are writing to you in order to inform you about our program (CAP) Community Assistance Program, supported by National Benefit Builders, Inc., a national company that has the highest rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

As part of this initiative, we deliver in free discount cards on prescription drugs to help all those who need to save with these costs.

We would like to know if your organization is in contact with or assists people without health insurance or coverage of prescriptions of drugs since we'd like to work through you to help these people with the high cost of prescription drugs.

Our program includes all drugs approved by the FDA. From January 2009 to the present we have helped save more than 600 million dollars to the participants in the program.

Herewith a brief overview of the program:

• The card is free, becomes activated, ready to be used and never expires. You can use the temporary card until the card arrives by mail. • More than 80% of the pharmacies around the country participate in this program. • Do not have age restrictions, income or immigration status; No application is necessary. • Provides savings of up to 80% of the price of the drugs, with an average savings of 55% on generic drugs and brand name drugs 15%. Savings depend on the drug and pharmacy. • Cover all drugs approved by the FDA, including those to improve the quality of life as the pills to lose weight, quit smoking, injectable pens for diabetes, birth control and sexual impotence. • Can be used for prescriptions not covered by your current insurance or Medicaid. • Excellent choice for those who are in the Medicare Part D drug plan coverage gap. *
