1.4 SUBMITTALS
4.A. Submit under provisions of Section 01300.
4.B. Product Data: Manufacturer's data sheets on each product to be used, including: 4.B.1. Preparation instructions and recommendations. 4.B.2. Storage and handling requirements and recommendations. 4.B.3. Installation methods.
4.C. Shop Drawings:
4.D. Selection Samples: For each finish product specified, two complete sets of color chips representing manufacturer's full range of available colors and patterns.
4.E. Verification Samples: For each finish product specified, two samples, minimum size 6 inches (150 mm) square representing actual product, color, and patterns.
1.5 QUALITY ASSURANCE
5.A. Manufacturer Qualifications: Minimum 5 year experience manufacturing similar products.
5.B. Installer Qualifications: Trained journeymen with a minimum of three years successful experience in the installation of resilient flooring.
5.C. Mock-Up: Provide a mock-up for evaluation of surface preparation techniques and application workmanship. 5.C.1. Finish areas designated by Architect. 5.C.2. Do not proceed with remaining work until workmanship is approved by Architect. 5.C.3. Refinish mock-up area as required to produce acceptable work. 09660-2 1.6 PRE-INSTALLATION MEETINGS
6.A. Convene minimum two weeks prior to starting work of this section.
1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
7.A. Deliver and store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging bearing the brand name and manufacturer's identification until ready for installation.
7.B. Handle materials to avoid damage.
1.8 PROJECT CONDITIONS
8.A. Temperature Requirements: Maintain materials and areas of work at temperatures between 70 degrees F and 90 degrees F for not less than 48 hours before, during and 48 hours after installation. Maintain a minimum temperature of 55 degrees F thereafter.
1.9 SEQUENCING
9.A. Ensure that products of this section are supplied to affected trades in time to prevent interruption of construction progress.

3.A. Product: Pure Click 40 Floating LVT as manufactured by Syntec Industries: 3.A.1. Color: Selected from standard Syntec Pure Click 40 LVT colors. 3.A.2. Engineered Composite shall provide embossment/texture to hide subfloor irregularities. 4.A.3. Ultra Grip: Enhanced with ceramic particles to improve slip resistance, while adding to dirt and stain resistance. 4.A.4. Pure Click and Dream Click products look and feel like real wood. The unique click system on all four sides provides for quick and easy installation.

PART 3 EXECUTION
3.1 EXAMINATION
1.A. Do not begin installation until substrates have been properly prepared. 09660-9 1.B. If substrate preparation is the responsibility of another installer, notify Architect of unsatisfactory preparation before proceeding.
3.2 PREPARATION
2.A. Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation.
2.B. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
3.3 INSTALLATION
3.A. Install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, approved submittals, and in proper relationship with adjacent materials.
3.4 PROTECTION
4.A. Protect installed products until completion of project.
4.B. Touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before Substantial Completion.
