We Are Seeking Clay Shoot Sponsorships

WE ARE SEEKING CLAY SHOOT SPONSORSHIPS The Clay Shoot offers various levels of tax-deductible sponsorships, ranging from auction donor (with a gift of $100 value or more) to Presenting Sponsor for $7,500. Your contribution to this event will provide you with recognition in Clay Shoot ads and literature, as well as other benefits depending on the level of your gift. The Victoria Rotary Club has made changes to the Clay Shoot Schedule that will make it even more popular and have a wider attendance base. The primary changes are: The first event will be the dinner/auction/Calcutta on Saturday evening (no practice rounds). The Clay Shoot will feature 100 birds, doubling the number of 50 in previous years. Thank you for your generous donation to the Victoria Rotary Club 20th Annual Charity Sporting Clay Shoot.  Presenting Sponsor – $7500 Includes 10 shooters and meals; recognition during awards ceremony; name recognition in all printed materials, event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad, inclusion in Clay Shoot Facebook page.  Field Operations Underwriter – $2500 Includes eight shooters and meals; recognition during awards ceremony; name recognition in all event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad, inclusion in Clay Shoot Facebook page.  Tent Sponsor – $2000 Includes seven shooters and meals; recognition during awards ceremony; name recognition in all event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad, inclusion in Clay Shoot Facebook page.  Clay Target Underwriter – $1500 Includes six shooters and meals; recognition during awards ceremony; name recognition in all event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad.  Corporate Sponsor – $1000 Includes five shooters and meals and name recognition in event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad.  Meal Sponsor – $1000 Includes five shooters and meals and name recognition in event publicity, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad.  Station Sponsor – $500 Includes two shooters and meals and name recognition on signs at shooting stations, program, and newspaper “thank you” ad.  Youth Sponsor – $250 Includes name recognition in program and newspaper “thank you” ad. Allows participating youth to shoot free.  Auction Donor – For items valued at over $100 Includes name recognition in program and by auctioneer.  Friend of Rotary – Donation in any amount – to be used, along with Clay Shoot proceeds, to fund the various projects and programs of Victoria Rotary Club. A feature of the Clay Shoot is our steak dinner and live/silent auction that takes place on Saturday evening. It is the one area where we are able to generate the most in the way of proceeds. We are currently looking for both live and silent auction items. Live auction items could be trips, a weekend at your time share, or other dream items, including dinners at a special restaurant, unique experiences, etc. Silent auction items could include gift baskets, small works of art, gift cards to restaurants, stores, theaters, etc. For more ideas, see or call Omar Rachid at 361-571-7662.
