Collaborative PIP Inquiry was made as to whether participants had – PIP Summary received the revised PIP Summary form and the Form answer was affirmative

Collaborative PIP Don Grostic reviewed the changes to activities needed NHDPs to complete revisions NHDPs October 7, 2011 – Updates to on the new form, as follows: to their existing PIP. Act.II – document the revised methodology study question using only the 3 day. Email sent on 7/22/11 to all Act. III Indicators - Note that indicators “a” are the DOEA will clarify the 5 day DOEA and HSAG NHDPs same as the baseline 3 days indicators, but the “b” exclusion and HSAG will notify indicating has the new exclusion for members referred in the last the NHDPs DOEA 5 days of the month. Collaborative PIP Don Grostic reviewed that Statistical testing required Discuss with Denise Driscoll, if NHDPs – Statistical with this submission of the PIP. There are three you need help with the Testing different tests that could be used. A question came up statistical testing. as to whether to go back and re-calculate the baseline for the “b” Indicators with the new exclusion. This was discussed and various NHDPs plan to address it in different ways. Three options were discussed: 1) recalculate the baseline numbers, or 2) if you do not recalculate the original baseline, use FY10-11 as the new baseline, or 3) leave the time periods on the table as they are, but state you have no baseline numbers for this Indicator. Discuss what is put in the Table on Activity VIII. A question was also raised as Use the new Summary form NHDPs October 7, 2011 to whether to delete existing text or use strike-out on for the PIP submission this the old PIP Summary form. It was decided that year deleting existing text should be used, for ease in reading and reviewing.
