Please plan your arrival so as to reach MDI latest by Tuesday, 18th June, 2013, 1.00 p.m. positively. On reaching the campus you may contact the Hostel Supervisor for your room keys.  The nduction Programme is scheduled during 19-25 June, 2013 and Academic Session starts from June 26, 2013  Registration will be done from 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 in Gurukula Building, MDI Campus. You are required to submit the following certificates at the time of registration on 18th June 2013:  Original passing certificates/mark sheets of 10th, 12th and Graduation and self-attested copies of the same.  Candidates appearing for the final exam for the Bachelor’s degree and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June 2013 have to furnish evidence for the same latest by 1st October, 2013. Otherwise they will be asked to withdraw from the programme.  Medical fitness certificate from a qualified (Regd. Medical Practitioner) MBBS/MD from Govt./private hospital.  Experience certificate/ relieving certificate from employer (if applicable)  One stamp size & one passport size photograph (with name and roll number overleaf - list of students with roll no. will be displayed on notice boards) (any other relevant certificates for verification and record keeping.)  Notebooks, pencils, pens, scale, CDs, Pen drive, calculators are essential during the course of your studies here.  Each hostel room has a MDI-Computer-LAN network point. You are advised to bring your own laptops/desktops.  Two / Four wheelers are permitted subject to availability of space in the parking adjacent to your hostel and you are advised to register your vehicle with Hostel Office.

The Institute is located at the junction of Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road and New Delhi Jaipur Highway NH-8 (Sector- 17, Gurgaon). The Campus is about 15 Kms. from the Indira Gandhi International Airport T3 and Palam Airport (Domestic) and 28 Kms. from Connaught Place/New Delhi Railway Station and 32 Kms. from Nizamuddin Railway Station. To reach MDI Campus from Airport/New Delhi Railway Station, DLY taxis are available. Normal charges for these taxis are Rs. 450-500/- from International and Domestic Airport, Rs.600-700/- from Delhi/New Delhi Railway Station. Frequent Haryana Roadways Busses ply between Dhaulakuan, Sarai Kale Khan, Inter State Bus Terminal, New Delhi and Gurgaon. Metro rail is also available from Connaught Place up to Huda City Centre which is at a distance of about 1.5 Km from MDI Campus. 1. My ward will be bound by the MDI rules and regulations and any failure on his / her part to abide by these rules and regulations will make him liable for disciplinary action and the decision of MDI in the matter will be final & binding upon me.

2. If my ward is found indulging in any activity which comes under the definition of ragging, my ward will be liable for disciplinary action and the decision of Management Development Institute in the matter will be final and binding upon me.

3. If my ward is found indulging in any activity which comes under the definition of sexual harassment, my ward will be liable for disciplinary action and the decision of Management Development Institute in the matter will be final and binding upon me.

4. My ward is medically fit to attend classes of the programme. In case of unfitment at any point of time during the course of programme, I undertake to withdraw my ward from the programme.

5. If my ward is found involved in any of the activities coming under the definition of academic indiscipline my ward will be liable for disciplinary action and the decision of Management Development Institute in the matter will be final and binding upon me.

6. I also understand that I will be bound by any amendment/change in above regulations.
