Limited Use Membership Agreement

LIMITED USE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT January 2015

Membership in Twin Lakes is a unique opportunity and privilege. This opportunity will be limited to those people and their families who will be an asset to Twin Lakes Water Ski Club. For safety reasons, memberships will be limited to insure that the site does not become overcrowded. Memberships are offered on a one-year basis with no guarantee of renewal.

2015 Limited Use Membership Fee: $50

2015 Jr. Limited Use Membership Fee: $25 (17 and under 1/1/15 with minor release signed by Guardian)

All skiers must be competitive members of AWSA for insurance reasons. They must sign up through USA Water Ski and provide Twin Lakes Water Ski Club with a copy of their membership card. All members will sign the standard AWSA release and the following release form for themselves and any minors in their care before being allowed to enter the water or any boat (the release need only be signed once per season for the entire season and will be kept on file).

I, ______, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ski Delight Corporation, Twin Lakes Water Ski Club, their members, and their families and guests from any legal actions which arise due to or in connection with my presence on Ski Delight Corp. property or my participation in any activities held thereon.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS-Turns (one rotation or set of 6 passes) using the club boat & Driver costs $60.00($40.00 for Juniors). If a member skis over 6 passes and additional $3.00 will be added to the gas register for every pass over 6(Wake boarding or Recreational Skiing 15 mins. on the water).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF LIMITED MEMBERS 1. Safe use of the site and facilities. 2. Present responsible image to town, at our tournaments. 3. Limited Members can only ski when no regular members or owners are ready to ski. 4. Under no circumstances will a limited member operate any of TL boats.
