The Department announced the availability and implementation of rebranded and revised contract title sheets and border sheets, per Engineering Bulletin 15-018 “Rebranded Title Sheets & Border Sheet Cells”.

The following list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) has been prepared to assist users during the implementation of the rebranded title sheets and border sheets.

Question 1: How can I access previous versions of the title sheets and border sheets if I am working on project(s) scheduled for lettings prior to September 1, 2015?

Answer 1: The previous versions of the sheet cell libraries (nym_sheet.cel & nyu_sheet.cel) are available to Department staff in ProjectWise under RESOURCE INFORMATION:

Consultants requiring access to the previous versions of the title sheets and border sheets should request the documents through their Consultant Manager.

Question 2: How long will the previous versions of the title sheets and border sheets be available in ProjectWise under RESOURCE INFORMATION?

Answer(s) 2: The previous versions of the title sheet cells (NSC, NSPC) will be available in the sheet cell libraries (nym_sheet.cel & nyu_sheet.cel) in ProjectWise under RESOURCE INFORMATION until July 31, 2015.

The previous versions of the remaining sheet cells (NSB, NSBNPS, NSPB, NSPPS, NSPSB, NSPSDR, NSPSWB, NSES1, NSES2, NSPES, NSPESD, NSIA, NSLEGL, NSLEGP) will be available in the sheet cell libraries (nym_sheet.cel & nyu_sheet.cel) in ProjectWise under RESOURCE INFORMATION until December 31, 2015.
