Notes – Wednesday, September 11th, 2013;
1. Dave Halasz (representing Qualcomm) is the chair of the TGah and was running this session. Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM, ET.
2. Chair reviewed the proposed agenda of the teleconference, which was circulated through the TGah email reflector. The agenda contained 2.1. - Call for secretary 2.2. - IPR and other relevant IEEE policies 2.3. - Review meeting slots for face to face meeting 2.3.1.Note on 4 hour rule 2.4. - CID submissions 2.4.1.Amin Jafarian, 13/975r1 CIDs-393+632+631, Presented on August 21. We ran out of time on this submission during the face to face meeting. 2.6. Chair went over the agenda. 2.6.1.Alfred: For document 1022, added CIDs 100 and 935. Would like to postpone CID 3 to F2F. 2.6.2.There were no other discussions on, or objections to, the agenda.
3. Administrative items 3.1. Chair reviewed the administrative items and presented the links for accessing the related documents. 3.2. Chair reviewed the patent policy and meeting guideline.

3.3. Chair presented the Call for Potentially Essential Patents slide. Chair Halasz asked: “Are there any patent claim(s)/patent application claim(s) and/or the holder of patent claim(s)/patent application claim(s) that the participant believes may be essential for the use of that standard?” Chair asked: “Does anybody want to speak up now?” None were heard. 3.3.1.Chair reminded the group that the letter of assurance available on website, any questions can be directed to the Chair. 3.4. Chair reviewed other guide lines of the IEEE WG meetings.
4. CID submissions 4.1. 11-13/975r1 (Amin Jafarian (Qualcomm) CIDs- 393, 632, 631) 4.1.1. Amin went over the submission, the revision is r1 and addresses questions raised earlier. 4.1.1.1. There were no questions on, or objections to this submission. 4.1.2.11-13/969r0 (Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) CIDs 571,582,583) 4.1.2.1. Mitsuru went over the submission, the revision is r0. 4.1.2.2. There were no questions on, or objections to this submission. 4.1.2.3. Chair: There were small edits done, will you post as r1? Mitsuru: Yes. 4.1.3.11-13/1014r0 (Chittabrata Gosh (Nokia) CIDs 352, 356, 357) 4.1.3.1. Chittabrata went over the submission, the revision is r0. 4.1.3.2. Ron: Still confused about 8-33d. Chittabrata: Should be chunks of 40 us (OFDM symbol time). Alfred: 8.3.1.3 added for 1 MHz, not 2 MHz. Chittabrata: Will modify and upload. Alfred: For 8-33d, is the added text needed? Chittabrata: When used as legacy CTS, should use 8.3.1.3, but when used as synch frame, use the added text. Chair: Let’s make the changes and upload as 1014r1. 4.1.3.3. There were no objections to this submission. 4.1.4.11-13/1015r0 (Chittabrata Gosh (Nokia) CIDs 376, 377, and 379) 4.1.4.1. Chittabrata went over the submission, the revision is r0, and the changes are editorial in nature. 4.1.4.2. There were no questions on, or objections to this submission. 4.1.5.11-13/1021r0 (Alfred Asterjadhi (Qualcomm) CIDs 820, 822, 827, 923) 4.1.5.1. Alfred went through the submission, the revision is r0. For CID 822, to remove 9.32r from D0.2. For CID 827, NDP CTS fields changed. 4.1.5.2. There were no questions on, or objections to this submission. 4.1.6.11-13/1022r0 (Alfred Asterjadhi (Qualcomm) CIDs 1, 2, 6, 922, 963, 100, 935) 4.1.6.1. Alfred went through the submission, the revision is r0. 4.1.6.2. Alfred added resolution text for CIDs 100 and 935. 4.1.6.3. There were no questions on, or objections to this submission. 4.1.7.11-13/1027r0 (Alfred Asterjadhi (Qualcomm) CID 3) 4.1.7.1. Alfred went through the submission, this submission concerns 9.32i, on speed frame exchange. 4.1.8.2. Ron made a comment on CID 185, that the resolution should be to revise. As Alfred had a bad connection, Ron will wait till F2F to comment. Chair: We are out of time, let’s continue at F2F. 5. The call was adjourned at 8.31pm.
