Orange Avenue PTA presents our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10th 6-8pm (Raindate October 11th) COST $5/child or $10/family

PLEASE return the RSVP form by Wednesday, October 1st in an envelope marked “OAS PTA Trunk or Treat” and include your child’s name & classroom!! ONLY THOSE Pre-registered can attend!! October 10th 6-8pm (Rain date: 10/11)

We need your help!!!!!! Can you assist with...

Prior to the event:

o Haunted Walk in the Woods (setup during 9am-2pm on 10/10)

o lending supplies for the Haunted Walk (such as decorations, electrical resource/help, etc)

o outdoor move coordination

o community outreach – donations

o treat donations (candy, pencils, fruit snacks, etc - peanut free please!)

o raffle basket/item collection and assembly

The night of the event:

o set up (4pm) and/or clean up (8pm)

o parking lot duties

o registration table / raffle ticket sales

o contests/tallying votes

o guiding hikes
