Can you assist with...</p><p>Prior to the event:</p><p> o Haunted Walk in the Woods (setup during 9am-2pm on 10/10)</p><p> o lending supplies for the Haunted Walk (such as decorations, electrical resource/help, etc)</p><p> o outdoor move coordination </p><p> o community outreach – donations</p><p> o treat donations (candy, pencils, fruit snacks, etc - peanut free please!)</p><p> o raffle basket/item collection and assembly</p><p>The night of the event:</p><p> o set up (4pm) and/or clean up (8pm)</p><p> o parking lot duties </p><p> o registration table / raffle ticket sales</p><p> o contests/tallying votes</p><p> o guiding hikes </p><p>Please check off any areas where you are interested in helping! </p><p>Return form to OAS by October 1st. </p><p>Questions?
