Use Fees and Policies

Facilities at the Lowell Ranch are available for use for a variety by uses including meetings, demonstrations, field days, birthday, family or anniversary parties and other occasions.

Facility Use – Fee schedule for use of CALF Facilities at the Lowell Ranch through 2014 unless otherwise changed by the CALF Board of Directors. CALF has the right of final determination of the acceptability of any use, schedule or other issues related to the use of any and all the facilities on the Lowell Ranch.

CALF has the right to preempt previously schedule activities.

AG BARN AND CALF BARN

1. 4-H, FFA and other CALF partner organizations (as determined by the CALF Board of Directors) may use facilities free of charge.

2. If more than one facility is used, the fee will be doubled.

3. If CALF Barn is contracted for use for more than two hours, user is responsible for contracting with a portable toilet service. Delivery and pick up must be coordinated with CALF.

4. A letter of agreement is required to be signed by the facility user.

5. Alcohol and tobacco sales or consumption is not permitted.

HAYRIDES

1. Hayrides are available by reservation only.

Facility (Ag Barn, CALF Barn, 4-H/FFA Standard Fees outdoor areas) $30 up to 3 hours Any 1 CALF Facility FREE $50 between 3 and 6 hours $100 over 6 hours in one day $60 up to 3 hours Any 2 CALF Facilities FREE $100 between 3 and 6 hours $200 over 6 hours in one day

Hay rides – for each tractor and trailer FREE $75 up to 4 hours
