Photography is to be received at the showground on Thursday 16 October 2014 between 3.30pm - 5.00pm OR delivered to Make-on-Longford, 23 Marlborough Street Longford, prior to 16 October 2014. Photography entries will not be accepted on Friday 17 October 2014.

All school entries except written work are to be received at the showground on Thursday 16 Octo- ber between 3.30pm - 5.00pm or Friday 17 October 2014 (day before the Show) by 9.30am.

The Society reserves the right to amend the Schedule of Prizes where a sponsor withdraws or fails to meet a commitment. 1. Exhibitors are to supply a stamped self-addressed envelope with entry form. 2. Where there are less than three (3) entries in a Class, there may be only one prize awarded. 3. Exhibits with the wrong number of item/s or wrong size article/s will not be entered to be judged. 4. Any exhibit which has previously won a first prize at any Longford Show will not be eligible for a prize. 5. All exhibits are to be the bona fide work of the exhibitor. 6. A novice is one who has never won a prize in that class at a Longford Show. 7. No article is to be entered in more than one class. 8. Work must have been completed within the last two years. 9. Exhibits entered in the incorrect classes will not be judged. It is not the responsibility of the Committee to correct incorrect entries. 10. The Society reserves the right to amend the Schedule of Prizes where a sponsor withdraws or fails to meet a commitment. 11. The Society also reserves the right to substitute trophies in lieu of Prize money. 12. Trophies may be in the form of Gifts, Gift Vouchers, Money Orders or as decided by the Committee. 13. All items received after 10.00am on Friday will be for exhibition only. 14. In all sections, special exhibit numbers will be issued which must be fixed to each item with a safety pin or tape. No straight pins are to be used. 15. All unclaimed exhibits will be disposed of at the discretion of the Committee.

Finish and presentation are considered when judging. Every care will be taken of exhibits, but no responsibility will be incurred by Longford Show Society Inc. for any damage to any exhibit during transit, display or judging.

ENTRY FEES All JUNIOR sections: 20 cents per entry SCHOOL SECTIONS: 10 cents per entry

PRIZES 1st Prize $3.00 / 2nd Prize $1.50 unless otherwise stated. One entry per child in each class. Schools are to place work into separate folders for each class/group with the name, grade, school and show class number marked on the back of each exhibit. For identification purposes at the Show, Kinder, Prep and Grade 1 may put their Christian name on the top left corner of their work.

All school entries except written work and projects may be delivered.to the showground either on Thursday 16 October between 3.30pm - 5.00pm or Friday 17 October 2014 by 9.30am. Entry fees are to be paid at time of delivery.
