2017 ADGA RULES SHALL GOVERN. The Sr. Show will be first, followed by the Jr. Show.

Order of breeds are as follows:

Ring 1 Oberhasli, Lamancha, Nigerian(ANDDA Specialty), AOP, Alpine, Nubian, Recorded Grades

Ring 2 AOP, Alpine, Nubian, Recorded Grades, Oberhasli, Nigerian, Lamancha

ORDER OF BREEDS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IF NEEDED

Show Schedule: 9:30 Senior Doe Show, 12:00 Lunch/Milk out or following Senior Doe Show, 1:15 Junior Doe Show or following lunch, not before 1:15.

Advance entry fees: $10.00, which enters you in both shows, postmarked by July 1, 2017. Champion Challenge entries will be $2.00. Entries postmarked after July 1st will be accepted provided they are received in time, but must be accompanied by an entry fee of $12.00, which enters you in both shows. Registration or recordation papers must be presented on all animals six (6) months or older. Animals under six (6) months may be shown in an official ADGA show with a stamped duplicate application showing date of receipt in the ADGA office. A stamped duplicate is only valid for 30 days from the date ADGA issues. Base date for animals will be day of show, July 7,2017.

Papers will be checked until 9:15 am. It is requested that all animals be on the grounds by 8:30 am.

Judges decision is final. ADGA Grand Champion or Best of Breed winners must compete for Best In Show or forfeit the leg.

Show committee reserves the right to interpret or amend the rules. Neither NENDA or the Bolton Fair Inc. or its officers shall be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident to any person or animals or property while on the fairgrounds. All animals entered at owner's risk

This is a “Trailer Show,” but there will be some space available under a pole barn. Bring your own hay, feed and bedding. Exhibitors MUST LEAVE THEIR AREA IN THE SAME CONDITION AS THEY FOUND IT. Bedding will be able to be brought to a manure pile, but we must not leave piles of shavings. If we do not comply with this requirement, we will not be allowed to return next year.

HEALTH REGULATIONS: Out of state animals – 2017 Certificate of Veterinary Inspection and Permanent Identification Required. All goats originating from TB accredited free and Brucellosis classified free status may enter the state of MA without testing.

SPONSOR A CLASS

It costs a lot to put on a goat show. We’d really appreciate it if you would be willing to sponsor a class, even if you don’t plan on showing. We’ll announce your name in the class you sponsored and post it on the NENDA website. A regular class is $5.00, Grand Champion is $10.00, or any amount you’d like to donate.

Complimentary coffee available in the morning. Breakfast foods, snacks, beverages and pizza slices will be available for sale.

SILENT AUCTION

We will have a silent auction going on during the show. If you would like to donate something please let Ellen Gould know. [email protected]
