EL PASO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH Please accept the following comments from El Paso County Public Health regarding the project referenced above:

 Water service will be provided by Donala Water and Sanitation District. The water system is assigned the PWSID# CO-0121125 from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Page 2 of 4 06/08/2018  Wastewater service to be provided by Donala Water and Sanitation District.

 Radon resistant construction building techniques/practices are encouraged to be used in this area. The EPA has determined that Colorado, and the El Paso County area have potentially higher radon levels than other areas of the country.

 El Paso County Public Health requires interior finish plans to be submitted for review and approval prior to commencement of construction.

 A local Construction Activity Permit for dust control is not required by El Paso County Public Health because the lot is less than 1 acre at .9 acre; however, El Paso County Public Health encourages a permit be obtained due to the proximity of existing residential development.

PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT Comment: Utilize the address of 209 Gleneagle Gate View for the Starbucks building. Gleneagle Gate View should be shown like this, not as intent letter does.
