Hi All

Unfortunately, Jan Thorpe has stepped down as our canteen Manager. We have all appreciated Jan’s egg and bacon rolls, dedication and enthusiasm she has brought to the role and will be sorely missed. Thankyou Jan, for all your efforts. In the interim Maree Rolfe and myself will endeavour to fill the gap but we would certainly appreciate a hand if you can lend one.

We should have the sand spread by our good friends from Pettit’s before the next rally. Can I ask everyone to come a little early to help empty out the shed as we will hose it out and give it a general clean while lessons are underway. If all the kids move one item out of the shed prior to gear check it will be an easier process. Games are looming closed (11th May) and so we will be practicing in the afternoon of the next rally and am looking to organise a Games Rally in a few weeks time to finalise teams.

We have received an invitation from Leven PC who is holding an Adult Games Day on 14 June. Camping is available and a BBQ in the evening. Could be a good trip away if the Adult Riding Club and parents of pony clubbers are interested in forming a team. More info see me at the rally on 13 April

Rally Cap – It is now time again to pay your rally cap for the next 6 months it will be $75 so please see Trici at next rally.

Cost will be Under 20 bales $7.50 a bale Over 20 $6.50 bale or 50 or more $5 bale A bale will normally give you about a bag and a ¼ of chaff depending on the weight of the bale. Games Training Day –The Committee has organized for a games training day for the 20th April .If you are in the games A & B teams then please see Leah if you are unable to attend.

Shed Cleaning – As the shed is in desperate need of some T L C it would be much appreciated if all kids could remove something from shed in am before saddling up for gear check and if all able bodied parents could lend a hand in the clean-up whilst kids are riding .As the saying goes “Many Hands Make Light Work “.
