Dear Parents/Guardians and Pupils,

th th Forest School Ski Trip, 30 March – 6 April 2018 , SUNDAY RIVER, MAINE, USA

After the success of the trip this year, we have decided to go again next Easter. All the boys who had never skied before were able to ski across the whole of the resort by the end of the week, which was a fantastic experience for all beginners and seasoned exponents alike.

We will be staying at the Grand Summit Hotel (please see the link below for an idea of the hotel and the resort, where the skiing is second to none. http://www.sundayriver.com/winter http://www.sundayriver.com/lodging/grand-summit The all-inclusive price of the trip is £1300; this includes all transfers and a programme of evening entertainment. We are asking for a deposit of £300, which is non-refundable and due by Friday 28th July 2017. Payments may also be made online at http://www.scopay.com/forest. There is an opportunity to pay by instalments (see below), and final payment will be due by December 2017. Please note all payments are non- refundable. If you wish to withdraw your child from the trip, the School Admin Office must be informed in writing as soon as possible. In addition to a parental decision to withdraw their child from the trip, if any student is permanently excluded from school, there will be no refund of payments already made, and there will be an additional requirement to meet the full cost of the trip under the conditions of the tour company's cancellation charges.
